CUSTOMER REVIEW TERMS OF USE

• 1. H.I.S. Australia Pty Ltd, trading as H.I.S. Oceania (hereinafter called “The Company”) is defined in the following terms and conditions for user reviews of products (hereinafter called “Service”) provide by The Company. Use of this Service indicates that all users have acknowledged and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in advance.

Contents of the Service

• 2. This Service provides a function for users to post information, comments, pictures, or other content. The Company has the right at their own discretion to change the use of, suspend whole or a part, or abolish the Service without notice.

Purpose

• 3. This Service operates for the purpose of viewing and providing meaningful information based on the actual experience of the users.

Disclaimer

• 4. The service made available is based on the users’ responsibility for the content. Users will assume the responsibility for the written content that has been posted; therefore The Company cannot assume any liability on behalf of the user. In addition, The Company does not guarantee the written content or details such as the accuracy, timeliness, legality, completeness, or usefulness. The Company shall assume no responsibility for compensation and/or conflict between the user and any other parties.

Removing Written Content

• 5. The Company will not allow users to post or write content that is thought to be a risk under the following reasons, or deemed inappropriate. The company will delete posts without notice that correspond to the criteria, or are similar to the following reasons. Disclosure will not be provided on the content of which the Company has determined is concerning and decided to delete. Once the content is deleted the user will not be able to restore the deleted content. Even if the user does not think there is a relevant risk or the below criteria applies to the content, for the convenience of The Company and operation of the Service the content may be deleted out of necessity. In addition, contents written in relation to tour companies (vendor) will be removed when the vendor request the deletion of the content.
  
• * Disturbing public order and standards of decency;
• * The truth of the content is in doubt and the views expressed fall under the category of defamation;
• * Counterargument and criticizing other users who have posted comments;
• * Disadvantaging others;
• * Overly aggressive and/or the expressions used impair the quality;
• * Violation of the law, or inducing illegal activity or acts that might lead to illegal activity;
• * Deliberately deviating from the Service;
• * Program and/or script that is harmful and malicious;
• * Profit-orientated acts including sales and marketing in connection to the Service;
• * Duplicate information and/or the same or similar information;
• * Related to complaint or problems;
• * In violation of any copyright, property rights, privacy rights or any other right of other users, The Company, or third parties;
• * Advising contact information to a third party or the Company;
• * Interfering with the operation of The Company and /or the Service;
• * Information determined inappropriate by The Company.

Copyright

• 6. When the user has posted written content in the Service, the user permits the Company to the copyrights of the contents and use of the contents free of charge both in Australia and overseas. The users will also guarantee they have posted content in this Service as a copyright user. If posting on the Service using by third-party copyrighted materials, the users assumes responsibility and all expenses necessary for the rights clearance, including the rights to process and reuse a licence to third-parties from the user to The Company.

Terms and conditions

• 7. The Company may change, delete, or update any content at any time and without prior notice.
