- Exchange of vouchers: At Explorer Bus shop near Katoomba train station(address is 283 Main st Katoomba. As you come up the stairs from the train station, shop is right in front) or with bus driver when you board for the first time.
- When you board the bus your driver will give you a free guidebook. This includes the map and timetable, plus the timetable for Sydney trains and detailed maps of Katoomba, Leura and bushwalking routes. (The guidebook also gets you discounts on food, shopping and entry to many of the attractions on the Explorer Bus route.) You can also download map and timetable from link below before your travel.
