Modification is possible of the tour dates and number of participants however processing fees may apply, along with the difference in tour costs for all participants.
How to cancel a booking?
Please contact the cancellation email address on your booking confirmation email. These emails are sent to different branches depending on the product booked.
How much is the cancellation fee?
The amount depends on each tour product and departure date. Please check the cancellation provisions of each tour. The cost varies from day to day, and this is determined on Japanese time.
How do I know if my reservation has been cancelled?
After receiving your cancellation request, we will respond within two business days. If you do not receive this contact, please contact us as soon as possible.
if I cancel the tour, How am I refunded?
We will refund your money to you through the credit card company. Once processed, the fee will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
If the tour is canceled that day, When will I be refunded?
If the tour was called off by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Please note that rebooking is at the discretion of the tour operator's availability.
