I want to check the status of my reservation.
You can refer to your tour voucher or reservation confirmation email.
I have finalized my reservation and tour date, but was not given a pickup time and place?
If your reservation has been confirmed and you have chosen your tour date, you can expect to receive a pickup time and place by email directly from the tour operator.
I made a reservation request, when can I expect to hear back?
You can expect a reply or confirmation by email within 3 business days. If there is a local holiday around this time, it can be one extra business day.
How long does it take to complete after you request a reservation?
It is one business day for a normal tour. Reservation of hotels and resorts is normally two business days. Please allow three business days for a railway reservation. We will respond to your reservation request as soon as possible, your patience is appreciated.
I'd like to know the dates of the tour on the day?
You can refer to your tour confirmation email for more information. On the day, the weather and traffic conditions can play a part in the tour start time, and may prevent it from running at all.
How do you get vouchers (tour participation and exchange ticket)?
You will receive a link on your booking conformation email. After all the details of your reservation have been confirmed, you are required to print this voucher from the link and that will be your voucher which you bring to the tour day.
Do I take my voucher to the tour window directly?
Yes. On the day of the tour, please give your voucher to staff at the company you depart with. This certificate will be printed out from your confirmation email. You will not be able to join the tour without this voucher, however a lost-voucher fee may be payable before the tour starts at the hotel.
